Location close to metro,staff have reasonable english as we don't speak spanish.Breakfast adequate.Good security
If visiting downtown,it is a long walk or metro ride.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Santiago that exceeded my expectations. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and the basic amenities provided were all in excellent condition. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, just a short stroll from one of the main avenues and close to the metro. This made it convenient to explore the city and visit the main attractions. I was impressed with the service, the well-equipped rooms with a nice balcony and kitchen, and the breakfast options available.
This hotel had no major flaws; everything was ok.

The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was fantastic and really satisfying, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. , the location was perfect as it was in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
The noise level in the hotel was really high and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The rooms were outdated and could use some renovations to improve the quality of the stay.

Location.
No heating in the bed room. Dirty window and pigeon residues rear the heater, which is very unsanitary. I could not use phone card with the phone in the room so I needed to call the reception whenever I need to call. No wi-Fi. The internet cable offered by the hotel was too short.

The staff was very helpful and courteous to me.
I am not a smoker and ended up with a smoking room. It was awful! I thought I had rented a room/apartment with a kitchenette but I ended up with a small refrigerator in the corner - no stove and only the bathroom sink. The description on the website was not clear enough to know this OR my room was changed by the hotel.

Located in a convenient area, this hotel is close to main attractions of the city, and only a block away from one of the main avenues. it is within walking distance to the subway station which makes it easy to get around. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen. Breakfast served in the restaurant next door is great.
The noise from nearby construction can be disturbing at times.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. They spoke English. The rooms were clean and well furnished including balcony, refrigerator and safe. They have excellent computer/internet facility. Very nice neighborhood in Santiago. We had no concern about safety.

The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the balcony was a certain plus.
The hotel was nice but it bothered me that we had to pay a tax on staying there simply because we had Chilean student carnets and didn't have our passports with entrance information with us. There should have been a warning about that ahead of time, or perhaps it's just our inexperience with staying in hotels rather than hostels in Chile.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in a lovely room with a nice balcony and a double bed. The location is fantastic, just one block away from one of the main avenues and within walking distance to all the main attractions of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The basic amenities provided, including the kitchen, were perfect for my needs. Additionally, the breakfast offered was a nice touch.
All was great, no complaints.
